Japhet Tembo is a Fellow member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants [ZICA] and a seasoned finance professional with strong expertise in tax, advisory, financial management, and audit engagements. He serves as Tax Partner at Client Focus Solutions Chartered Accountants, where he has led and supervised assignments for a broad range of clients, including the Ministry of Finance and National Planning, Radiation Protection Authority, Western Water and Sewerage Company, Zambia Railways Pension Fund, FAWEZA, CIDRZ, and entities in the mining sector. He has proven experience in engagement planning, execution, and reporting, and holds the Competence Practice Examination [CPE] – Full Audit qualification, placing him among the four fully licensed Auditors at CFS. He is also pursuing postgraduate studies in Risk Management, which further enhances his strategic and advisory capabilities.
